Privacy Policy

What we collect

Email address — collected when you sign in via Google OAuth or magic link. Used solely to identify your account.
YouTube URLs and transcripts — the URLs you submit are processed to fetch transcripts and generate content. We store the results so you can access your history.
Usage data — pages visited, features used, and general interaction data collected anonymously via Google Analytics to help us improve the product.
Billing data — if you upgrade to a paid plan, payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

How we use it

To provide the transcript and content-generation service.
To manage your account and enforce usage limits.
To process payments and manage your subscription (Stripe).
To understand how the product is used and make it better.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Third-party services

Google OAuth — used for sign-in. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Supabase — stores your account information and processed video history. Data is held in a secure, hosted Postgres database.

Stripe — handles payment processing for paid plans. We share only what Stripe needs to complete a transaction.

Google Analytics — collects anonymised usage data (pages, clicks, session duration). You can opt out via browser extensions such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in (via Supabase Auth) and for Google Analytics. No advertising or tracking cookies from ad networks are used.

Data retention

Your account data and processed video history are kept for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us — we will remove it within 30 days.
